WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you have received a damaged, incomplete or wrong order, we apologise for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that your order is delivered correctly but if such circumstances occur, then we facilitate our customers.
Customers can return or exchange articles within 24 hours if
- The product(s) is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete at the time of delivery.
- The product(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as customer had actually purchased.
We don’t have exchange or return otherwise.
